CHATEAU DE BAGNOLS
I just wanted to say a really big thank you to you for working so hard on our event. Everything was a total success and I know you worked your very hardest in helping me make that possible.... and you kept a smile on your face the entire time. In fact, all the staff at Chateau Bagnols were a delight to work with...... they were all brilliant! I would like you to give them all a big pat on the back, because they had some tough guests to please and deal with, and they did an excellent job with everything.
The food and service was wonderful and I know the clients were very happy with the way it all went and I am sure you will have a some returning guests sometime in the future. I hope we will get the opportunity to work with each other again in the near future, as I will miss our 145 emails a day.
CLIVEDEN
…My compliments and congratulations to each and everyone of you at Cliveden. You sure know how to make a person feel at home! …This is not the end of a wonderful love affair with Cliveden. Every time you say good bye, you die a little... That’s why you always have to come back to wonderful CLIVEDEN! Cliveden, I love you!
CONGHAM HALL
Thank you for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The way the children were so helpfully accommodated and the beauty of the grounds. The herb garden was a peaceful and colourful oasis. Thank you again.

On 12 August 2011 Alan Robert Bloom, Angela Swarbrick & Christopher Marsden were appointed Joint Administrators of von Essen hotels 2 Limited, von Essen hotels 4 Limited, von Essen hotels 5 Limited & von Essen hotels 7 Limited.
The affairs, business & property of the companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators who are contracted as agents of the companies without personal liability.
Please note the hotels are not in Administration and are continuing to trade as normal.
Queries regarding bookings with hotels should be referred to the hotel where the booking has been made.
